This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how glparty ("glparty," "we," "us," "our") collects, processes, stores, and protects personal data relating to individuals ("Players," "you," "your") who access or use the glparty online gaming platform available at glparty.app.

glparty is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data with transparency, fairness, and in full compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, issuances from the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines, and all other applicable Philippine data protection laws and regulations.

This Policy also reflects glparty's obligations under PAGCOR's online gaming regulatory framework, which includes specific requirements around player identity verification, transaction monitoring, and data retention for anti-money laundering compliance.

This Policy should be read together with glparty's Terms & Conditions, available at glparty.app/terms-conditions, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, available at glparty.app/responsible-gaming.

For the purposes of the Data Privacy Act of 2012, glparty is the personal information controller in respect of the personal data you provide when registering and using the platform.

As the personal information controller, glparty determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data. glparty has designated a Data Protection Officer (DPO) responsible for overseeing compliance with this Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws. Contact details for the glparty DPO are provided in Section 15 of this Policy.

glparty collects personal data that you provide directly, data generated through your use of the platform, and data obtained from third-party verification services as required for regulatory compliance.

When you use the glparty platform, we automatically collect certain technical and usage data, including:

• IP address and geolocation data (country, city level) for jurisdictional verification and fraud prevention;
• Device identifiers, browser type, operating system, and screen resolution;
• Session data including login times, session duration, and logout times;
• Gameplay data including game sessions played, wagers placed, wins, losses, and game type preferences;
• Transaction history including all deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims, and bet settlements;
• Click patterns, navigation paths, and feature usage within the platform interface;
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 7).

glparty processes your personal data for the following purposes:

• Account registration and management: Creating and maintaining your glparty account, verifying your identity (KYC), and managing your account settings and preferences;
• Service delivery: Enabling access to all games, processing deposits and withdrawals, awarding bonuses, and delivering all features of the glparty platform;
• Age verification: Confirming that you meet the mandatory 21+ age requirement for online gaming in the Philippines pursuant to PAGCOR regulations;
• Fraud prevention and security: Detecting, investigating, and preventing unauthorized access, fraudulent transactions, money laundering, and other illegal activities;
• Regulatory compliance: Fulfilling glparty's obligations under PAGCOR's online gaming regulations, the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), and other applicable Philippine laws;
• Responsible gaming: Monitoring gameplay patterns to identify signs of problem gambling and implementing responsible gaming tools and interventions where appropriate;
• Customer support: Responding to your queries, complaints, and support requests;
• Marketing communications: Sending you promotional offers, bonus notifications, and platform updates — only if you have opted in to receiving such communications;
• Platform improvement: Analyzing aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve the platform's features, performance, and user experience;
• Legal proceedings: Defending or prosecuting legal claims involving glparty.

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, glparty relies on the following legal bases for processing your personal data:

• Contractual necessity: Processing required to perform our contract with you — i.e., to operate your account, process transactions, and deliver gaming services;
• Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with PAGCOR regulations, AMLA requirements, National Privacy Commission rules, and other applicable Philippine laws. This includes KYC verification, transaction monitoring, age verification, and regulatory reporting;
• Legitimate interests: Processing necessary for glparty's legitimate interests, including fraud prevention, platform security, and product improvement, where such interests are not overridden by your data protection rights;
• Consent: Processing based on your freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent — primarily for direct marketing communications. You may withdraw consent for marketing at any time.

glparty does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. We share your data only in the following circumstances:

glparty engages third-party service providers who process personal data on our behalf, subject to data processing agreements that require them to implement equivalent data protection measures. These include:

• Payment processors: GCash (G-Xchange Inc.), Maya Philippines Inc., and partner banks (BDO, BPI, Metrobank) — for processing deposits and withdrawals;
• KYC verification providers: Third-party identity verification services used to authenticate government-issued ID documents;
• Cloud infrastructure providers: Hosting and data storage services that process data on glparty's behalf;
• Fraud prevention services: Third-party fraud detection and risk scoring tools;
• Customer support tools: Live chat and ticketing system providers.

glparty is legally required to share certain data with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission, and other Philippine governmental authorities when required by law, court order, or regulatory directive. This includes suspicious transaction reports (STRs) and covered transaction reports (CTRs) mandated under the AMLA.

glparty may disclose your personal data to law enforcement agencies, courts, or other governmental bodies where required to do so by applicable law or to protect the legal rights of glparty, other Players, or the public.

glparty uses cookies and similar tracking technologies (including local storage and session tokens) to operate the platform, maintain your login session, prevent fraud, and analyze usage patterns.

Strictly necessary and security cookies are required for the platform to function and cannot be disabled. Functional and analytics cookies may be managed through your browser settings. Note that disabling functional cookies may affect certain platform features and your user experience.

glparty implements industry-standard technical, organizational, and physical security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Our key security measures include:

• Encryption in transit: All data transmitted between your device and glparty servers is encrypted using TLS 1.3 with 256-bit AES encryption;
• Encryption at rest: Sensitive personal data and financial records stored on glparty servers are encrypted at rest;
• Password security: User passwords are never stored in plain text. All passwords are hashed using the bcrypt algorithm with an appropriate cost factor;
• Access controls: Access to personal data within glparty's systems is restricted on a strict need-to-know basis, with role-based access controls and audit logging;
• Two-factor authentication: Available for all player accounts; mandatory for administrative access to glparty's backend systems;
• Regular security audits: Third-party penetration testing and security audits conducted regularly;
• Data breach response: Documented incident response procedures, including mandatory breach notification to affected players and the NPC within applicable timeframes.

glparty retains your personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, and to comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and audit requirements.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data will be securely deleted or anonymized such that it can no longer be attributed to any identified or identifiable individual. Where anonymization is not technically feasible, data will be deleted using secure deletion methods that prevent reconstruction.

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data held by glparty. All rights may be exercised free of charge by contacting glparty's Data Protection Officer (see Section 15).

If you believe that glparty has not adequately responded to your data rights request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines (NPC) at privacy.gov.ph.

If you are a parent or guardian and you believe that your child under the age of 21 has registered an account with glparty, please contact our Data Protection Officer immediately at the contact details in Section 15. We will investigate and, where confirmed, take immediate action to close the account and delete the associated personal data.

glparty's primary data processing infrastructure is located in the Philippines. Certain service providers engaged by glparty — including cloud infrastructure and fraud prevention tools — may process data in other jurisdictions.

Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, glparty ensures that such transfers comply with the requirements of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and NPC regulations, including where applicable the implementation of standard contractual clauses or confirmation that the recipient jurisdiction provides an equivalent level of data protection.

glparty does not transfer personal data to jurisdictions for which the NPC has issued an adverse adequacy determination without implementing appropriate supplementary safeguards.

glparty may send you promotional offers, bonus notifications, new game announcements, and other marketing communications by SMS to your registered Philippine mobile number and by email to your registered address — but only if you have affirmatively opted in to receiving such communications during registration or in your account settings.

You may withdraw your consent for marketing communications at any time by:

• Updating your communication preferences in your glparty account settings;
• Clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email you receive from glparty;
• Contacting glparty support via live chat or at [email protected] (displayed as plain text — not a clickable link) with a request to opt out of marketing.

Withdrawal of marketing consent will be processed within five (5) business days. Please note that even after opting out of marketing, glparty may still send you transactional and service-related communications — such as deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, and important security alerts — as these are necessary for the operation of your account and are not marketing communications.

glparty may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, our data practices, or the features of the platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this Policy.

Where we make material changes to this Policy — particularly changes that may affect your data rights or the purposes for which we process your data — we will provide notice via your registered email address or a prominent notice on the glparty platform prior to the changes taking effect.

For non-material updates (such as formatting changes, clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Policy, or administrative corrections), we will update the "Last Updated" date without separate notification. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically to stay informed about how glparty handles your personal data.

This Privacy Policy was last reviewed and updated in January 2026. The current version supersedes all previous versions of the glparty Privacy Policy.
