These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and glparty ("glparty," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at glparty.app and its associated subdomains and mobile applications.

By accessing the glparty platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game, promotion, or service offered by glparty, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

glparty operates its online gaming platform in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the governmental authority responsible for licensing and supervising online gaming activities in the Republic of the Philippines.

glparty reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be published at glparty.app/terms-conditions with the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform following any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the glparty website at glparty.app, its mobile-optimized interface, and all related services, games, and features made available to registered Players.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon successful completion of the glparty registration process.
• "Player Balance" or "Wallet" means the aggregate of real money funds held in a Player's glparty account and available for wagering or withdrawal, excluding bonus funds until applicable wagering requirements are met.
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional credits, free bets, or matched funds credited to a Player's account pursuant to a specific promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the process by which glparty verifies a Player's identity, age, and Philippine residency using government-issued identification documents.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Philippine Peso" or "₱" means the official currency of the Republic of the Philippines, the sole currency in which all transactions on glparty are denominated.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to and use of the glparty platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with glparty, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter;
• Be a natural person (legal entities may not register Player accounts);
• Not be accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary or mandatory, from glparty or any PAGCOR-regulated gaming operator;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable Philippine law;
• Not be an employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of glparty or its affiliated companies.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate and current at all times.

glparty may, at its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any registration without providing reasons. One account per person is strictly enforced. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension and permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances.

All Players must complete KYC verification before withdrawals are processed. Accepted Philippine government-issued identification documents include: Philippine System Identification Card (PhilSys ID), Driver's License, Philippine Passport, Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), Social Security System (SSS) ID, and Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID. glparty may request additional documents at any time to satisfy its legal obligations under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.

Each Player is permitted to maintain one (1) active account on the glparty platform. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account, including all wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested.

You must keep your login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. You must not share, sell, transfer, or otherwise permit any third party to access your account. glparty will not be held responsible for any losses or damages arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

You must notify glparty support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization. glparty reserves the right to freeze your account pending investigation of any suspected unauthorized access or suspicious activity.

glparty accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, trade, transfer, pledge, or otherwise encumber your account or any balance held therein to any third party.

All deposits to glparty are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The maximum deposit amount per transaction may vary by payment method and account verification level.

glparty accepts deposits via the following payment channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, InstaPay, PesoNet, CLiQQ, and USDT cryptocurrency. Available payment methods may change without prior notice, and not all methods may be available at all times.

You must only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited. glparty will not accept payments from credit cards, including credit card facilities embedded in e-wallets.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your glparty account are from legitimate sources, are not proceeds of any criminal activity, and that your use of the platform complies with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) as amended.

Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your glparty wallet within thirty (30) seconds of confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer channels (BDO, BPI, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet) may take between fifteen (15) minutes and one (1) business day depending on the payment channel. glparty is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements. glparty reserves the right to require additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

All withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. Players who have not completed KYC may deposit and play but will not be able to withdraw until identity verification is successfully completed. KYC is typically processed within thirty (30) minutes during business hours.

GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.

Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply and vary by account verification tier and VIP status. Standard accounts are subject to a default daily withdrawal limit. Higher limits are available to Players who have achieved higher VIP tiers and have completed enhanced verification. Contact glparty support for information on your current withdrawal limits.

glparty offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and VIP program rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the applicable promotion, as well as these general Terms.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before the resulting winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms. Players should read all promotion terms carefully before opting in.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, systematic exploitation of bonus terms through low-risk wagering strategies designed specifically to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or coordinated abuse with other Players — is strictly prohibited. glparty reserves the right to void any bonus, withhold associated winnings, and permanently close the accounts of Players found to be abusing promotions.

All bonuses have an expiry period, typically thirty (30) days from the date of crediting unless otherwise specified. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to uncompleted wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be forfeited. Players will not receive compensation for expired bonus funds.

All games available on the glparty platform — including live dealer casino games, slots, bingo, arcade games, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and certified for fairness by accredited testing laboratories. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical randomness of the dealer's actions (card shuffling, wheel spinning, dice rolling) captured on HD video stream.

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or hardware failure that affects the outcome of a game, glparty reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund all stakes placed in that round. glparty shall not be liable for any losses or disruptions caused by technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, or third-party software errors.

Sports betting markets are subject to specific rules governing void bets, settlement of markets, cash-out policies, and event cancellations. These rules are published in the sportsbook section of the glparty platform. glparty reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or void any bet at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to suspect match manipulation, incorrect odds, or other integrity concerns.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the glparty platform:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same name or different names or identities;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point thereafter;
• Attempting to access the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy servers, or other IP-masking technologies;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or gain any advantage over other Players or the platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match fixing, or coordinated play intended to manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game for financial gain;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting requirements, or using glparty for any other financial crime;
• Depositing funds obtained from criminal activity, including unauthorized credit card use, fraud, or theft;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing glparty staff, other Players, or live dealer personnel in any form;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying code of the glparty platform or any game software.

glparty is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing a safe gaming environment for all Filipino players. We recognize that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become problematic. The tools and policies described in this section are designed to help players maintain healthy gaming habits.

All Players have access to the following responsible gaming tools within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately. Increases require a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Alerts: Configurable notifications displayed at 30, 60, 90, or 120-minute intervals during active gameplay sessions.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss per day, week, or month. Once the limit is reached, further play is suspended for the remainder of the limit period.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 72 hours, 1 week, 2 weeks, or 1 month. Cool-off periods take effect immediately and cannot be reversed.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the glparty platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately, is irrevocable for the selected period, and prevents re-registration during the exclusion window.

All content on the glparty platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video streams, software, game code, and the overall design and structure of the platform — is the property of glparty or its content licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Your use of the glparty platform does not grant you any ownership or intellectual property rights in any content or materials on the platform. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only, subject to these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the glparty platform or its content without the prior written consent of glparty.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, glparty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming session data, or disruption of service, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

glparty's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to glparty in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

glparty does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, that all content will be error-free, or that any technical issues will be resolved within a particular timeframe. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

glparty collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Players in connection with registration, KYC verification, gameplay, and financial transactions. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by glparty's Privacy Policy, available at glparty.app/privacy-policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

By registering an account with glparty, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including sharing with PAGCOR and other Philippine regulatory authorities as required by law, sharing with payment processors to facilitate transactions, and sharing with third-party KYC verification providers.

glparty complies with applicable Philippine data protection legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

You may close your glparty account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any legitimate real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of pending investigations.

glparty reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• glparty reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity associated with your account;
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• You have created multiple accounts in violation of these Terms;
• Continuation of your account is required to be terminated by any applicable law, regulation, or order from PAGCOR or another competent authority;
• You are found to be under 21 years of age.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, glparty reserves the right to forfeit any balance — including real-money funds deposited — where such forfeiture is legally permissible and proportionate to the nature of the breach.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the glparty platform (including non-contractual disputes), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, subject to the dispute resolution process described in Section 16 below.

The glparty platform is intended for use by persons located in the Philippines and is operated in accordance with Philippine law. Players accessing the platform from outside the Philippines do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws of their local jurisdiction.

If you have any complaint, concern, or dispute regarding glparty's services, these Terms, or any game outcome or transaction, please follow the process below:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Contact glparty's 24/7 customer support team via live chat on the platform or by emailing [email protected] (displayed here as plain text — not a clickable link). Provide a clear description of your complaint and all relevant details including your account username, the date and time of the relevant event, and any reference numbers.
2. Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the initial support contact, you may submit a formal written complaint to glparty's compliance team at [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint." glparty will acknowledge receipt within two (2) business days and provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) calendar days.
3. Step 3 — Regulatory Escalation: If your complaint remains unresolved after completing glparty's internal complaint process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR, glparty's regulatory authority in the Philippines.
